Le Trabendo is a concert venue and club at 211 avenue Jean Jaurès, in Parc de la Villette in Paris’s 19th arrondissement, near Porte de Pantin metro station. Designed by Bernard Tschumi as part of the park project, it opened in 1997 with an ear-shaped design. Before adopting the name Le Trabendo in the early 2000s, it was known as Hot Brass and hosted jazz and rhythm and blues. Following renovation, the venue reopened on April 12, 2012, after closing in March 2011.
Standing configuration accommodates 900 people, and the venue has two bars, one on an outdoor terrace, as well as a terrace for smokers. Its programme covers rock, electronic music, hip-hop and club nights. Dub Station nights feature sound systems from the European dub scene, and OHLALA Productions has promoted events there. In 2012, concert producer SUPER and media group DETROIT MEDIA partnered to renew the venue; Finnish designers Ahonen & Lamberg designed its terrace and colourful murals. Artists who have played there include 1991, State of Mind, Alix Perez, Cesco and Monty. During 2025, the 2much collective, formerly La Darude, held a residency, with DJ Kwamē and Die Klar hosting parties focused on Y2K, trance and eurodance.
