Mdlr

Mdlr occupies 62 Cecil Street #02-00 in Singapore. Thugshop opened the venue as a pop-up, and it launched in 2023. Set within an office building, the entrance has no exterior sign. Inside, an industrial-style dancefloor sits among exposed concrete walls, alongside a DJ booth and a Martin Audio sound system. The room accommodates 400 people. Mdlr provides space for underground electronic music events and for local party collectives to stage club nights.

Its events have ranged across house, electro, techno and ballroom, with guest visual artists appearing alongside international performers. Kings of Bass and Collective Minds are among the promoters that have staged events there. Midnight Shift, FOMOHOMO and Strange Weather have also presented club nights at the venue. Artists who have performed at Mdlr include Yung Singh, Dan Stezo, FD and Anny (UK). International bookings have included Adiel and ARESHA.
