M.O.T

M.O.T occupies a former car garage at the Orion Business Centre on Surrey Canal Road in South Bermondsey, London. It opened in 2018 as Venue MOT, adopted its current name in 2025 and is also known as Unit 18. The space spans Units 18 and 20 and contains two rooms, each with capacity for 350 people. Its sound system is made by Martin Audio.

The adjoining courtyard hosts occasional summer daytime parties, and permission granted in April 2026 allows outdoor events there, raising capacity from 250 to 500. M.O.T presents electronic music and other genres through events run by M.O.T, JungliciousLdn, Militant music and RentIsDue. Artists who have performed there include Jamie xx and Peggy Gou, as well as 50CAL and Krash Dubs.
