Network

Network is at 32 Cambridge Street in Sheffield city centre, on the first floor of the DINA Arts Centre complex. Music Junkee and DINA Arts Centre joined forces to open the venue in 2019. Its creation followed the closure of Sheffield venues including the Boardwalk and aimed to provide more space for live music. Before it became Network, the venue was called Plug Nightclub.

The venue has three rooms, with capacities of 1,000, 500 and 150. An HK Audio Linear 5 system serves the main room, while the second room has its own sound and lighting setup. Equipment installed at Network has included Martin Audio Torus speakers, SX218 subwoofers and LE-series wedge monitors. Live shows and club events cover indie, punk, hip-hop and reggae. Artists who have performed there include DJ Ss, Dj Promo, Fabio and Grooverider.
