OHM

OHM occupies the former battery room of a decommissioned heating power plant at Köpenicker Str. 70 in Berlin, in the same complex as Tresor. The room holds about 200 people and previously operated as Shift. It opened as OHM in 2014 as a sister venue to Tresor, closed in March 2020 during the pandemic and reopened on 3 June 2022.

Its programme ranges across electronic music, including techno and house, and regularly combines music with installations, art or performance. The VERSION residency, hosted by Orson and DJ Hops, focuses on bass-heavy sounds drawing on dub, house and jungle.

KOOKOO, hosted by Mieko Suzuki and Arno Raffeiner, links electronic music with visual and performance art. Garage Girls is a party and radio event founded by The Honey Tapes and DJ NORTHERN, focused on garage and on promoting female artists. Other recurring series include Awkwardly Social and La Noche, and DJ Storm and Severja are among the artists who have played.
