One One Riga operated at Šarlotes iela 18a in Riga’s Miera quarter, occupying a historic yellow-brick factory within a UNESCO-protected zone. Kris Hovel launched the club on 31 December 2014, and it later closed. Its rooms accommodated about 300 people across two floors, with a pair of dance floors.
The programme covered house, techno, minimal and drum & bass, alongside electronic music, live performances, concerts and art events.
