Paavli Kultuurivabrik

Paavli Kultuurivabrik stands at Paavli 7a in Tallinn’s Põhja-Tallinn district. The venue began operating in June 2023 inside a fish-processing factory that had been active there since 1994. Concert promoter Roman Demchenko established it after the former industrial complex changed hands in 2023.

Across roughly 3,000 square metres, the site contains the Tanker Live Room, Club Room, lounge, bar, terrace, garden and outdoor festival grounds. The main hall accommodates 500 people, the Club Room 125, and the backyard area up to 1,200 standing guests. A Martin Audio system serves the Club Room. Concerts and club nights share the programme with literary events, community activities, garden events and stand-up comedy. Selecta Events has organised events there, and performers have included Tim Reaper, John B, Adel Force and Qerty.

Paavli Kultuurivabrik joined the Liveurope network in 2024. By the close of that year, it had welcomed more than 100,000 visitors and hosted over 600 events. Its second-anniversary festival took place over two days in May 2025, with 35 artists performing across three stages.
