Parník Tyrš

Parník Tyrš is a stern-wheel steamer that carries passengers along the Vltava in Prague and is operated by Lodní společnost Bohemia. It carries up to 296 passengers and is moored at Rašínovo nábřeží 382/60 in Prague 2. Events depart from the Rašínovo nábřeží embankment. The vessel began as the tugboat Lipno, then became a passenger boat and received the name Tyrš in 1992.

In 2010, the boat had sheltered and open decks, along with a dance floor. The boat is used for sightseeing cruises as well as cultural and social occasions, with music, dancing and food service. Music events have included progressive house, deep house and drum and bass. Rezone_dnb is among the promoters that have held events aboard, while artists who have played there include No Cure and Whiney.
