Pískovna Oplatil is a sand quarry near Staré Ždánice in the Pardubice region of the Czech Republic. Its peninsula hosted Let It Roll Open Air, whose first open-air edition took place there in 2008. The festival returned in 2009 with a main stage and two tent stages, named Take Control and Different Beat. The main stage had a roofed area for up to 2,000 people; the tents held 1,000 and 500.
Let It Roll returned in 2010, when the main stage used a 100 kW L-Acoustics system, alongside EAW and Noise Control Audio systems in the tents. In 2011, the peninsula’s stage was built to resemble a lifeguard tower, and the first night featured a Shogun Audio takeover. Performers at the quarry included Rido, Phace, Cyantific and LTJ Bukem. The 2012 festival moved to an adjacent meadow because the peninsula was being sold; it was billed as the last Let It Roll at Oplatil.
