Raasta Bombay

Raasta Bombay is a Caribbean- and reggae-inspired restaurant, lounge and nightlife venue at Rohan Plaza on 5th Road, S.V. Road, in Khar, Mumbai. Founded by Joy Singh, it opened in the city in 2016, launching on 19 August. When it opened it was a four-level lounge with gigs on every floor. Its original interior followed a Rastafarian theme, with Caribbean and reggae influences in the decor and music.

In 2017, the lounge had capacity for 400 people, while the café held 35 to 40. The venue includes the Walkway all-day café, a rooftop area and two indoor floors used for evening parties. Its menu combines Caribbean-inspired food with Indian, Thai and Mexican dishes. A complete revamp introduced a redesigned multi-level layout under the name Raasta 2.0; in 2024, the venue refreshed its design and food. Its gigs span several genres, including electronic dance music, and Drum and Bass India has promoted events there. The Untitled One, Museua, Chrysis and Kinesis have played at Raasta Bombay.
