Radio Bar

Radio Bar operated at 357 Brunswick Street in Fitzroy, Melbourne, in 2018, with space for around 100 people. Its weekly Monday programme featured local DJs and producers playing drum and bass, while a separate fortnightly night centred on Australian dubstep artists. Before this, the venue had been at 79 Gertrude Street, also in Fitzroy. The earlier site had exposed-brick walls, dark-wood furniture, a long window-side banquette and a rear courtyard. That earlier site has since closed.

The upstairs community area, The Menagerie, hosted art exhibitions, fashion displays and other creative activities. Promoters who held events at Radio Bar included BEXLO INVITES and jasmine; artists who played there included BEXLO, MELTA and Stackpackers.
