RSO.BERLIN

RSO.BERLIN is an electronic dance club in Schöneweide, Berlin, at Schnellerstrasse 137. It opened in 2021 after Griessmuehle in Neukölln closed, occupying premises from a brewery constructed in 1882. Two warehouse floors converted for dancing are named ROBUS and SUMME; the outdoor OPAN floor operates in spring and summer. The club’s music includes techno, house and experimental sounds.

A custom-built Kirsch Audio system serves the venue, with a 40 kW rating, 48 channels and 153 drivers. OPAN’s setup includes ten loudspeakers in a directional cardioid arrangement intended to reduce sound travelling toward nearby homes. XFORM and RFLXN are its recurring nights, and outside promoters have included CTM Festival, GEGEN and the drum and bass night GEST Invites. Artists who have played at the club include Ellen Allien, Boston 168, Monrroe, Upzet, Keith Carnal and PRTCL.
