SCHRON · Poznan, Poland
23:00 – 08:00

SCHRON occupies a German-built bunker completed in 1944 as a reserve headquarters for railway communications. Following a long period out of use, the building was refurbished for music and art. The venue stands at Tadeusza Kościuszki 68 in Poznań, with Taczaka 10 also associated with the building and its entrance on Kościuszki. Its industrial-style interior is devoted mainly to electronic music culture.
Two floors contain two stages, and the venue’s overall capacity is about 500. The biggest hall seats 100 in a theatre arrangement, while the VIP room accommodates up to 35. Weekend events feature electronic music; the wider program includes concerts, workshops, screenings and talks, with concerts covering jazz, rock, metal and hip-hop. DrumObsession has presented drum-and-bass programming featuring El-B and KEMAL. Other performers at SCHRON have included Bambi Uzi, Digital (UK), Alegria and Charla Green. Its cultural activities also encompass visual arts, performance and music education. Photography is prohibited inside the club.
