Silbergold

Silbergold is a club at Heiligkreuzgasse 22 in Frankfurt, on the ground floor of the Am Gericht multi-storey car park. It opened in 2007, founded by Frankfurt DJ team Les Yper Sound, whose members included Ansgar Fleischmann and Cristiano Monteiro. In 2009, Ansgar Fleischmann operated the club, whose name came from a Jeans Team song. Refurbishment in 2011 brought the installation of a Funktion-One sound system.

The club has a lounge-style interior and capacity for about 300 people. Its programme spans house, techno, electro, drum and bass, indie and electro swing, with concerts and DJ sets. Local DJs play alongside international guests, and the venue hosts around 120 concerts and artistic DJ sets annually. A former party series there centred on table tennis. Pasch, T-Cuts and DJ Stretch are among the artists who have played there.
