Socore Factory

Socore Factory is a live house and nightclub at 2-13-26 Minamihorie in Osaka’s Nishi ward. It began as a venue project in August 2013 and opened on June 14, 2014, then closed briefly that August for a second round of soundproofing. It holds between 250 and 300 people, and Kasago is its representative.

The music policy centres on deep underground sounds, with events that cross into the mainstream. The venue has a permanent PA, and in 2018 it hosted a two-day series using the Touch The Sky reggae sound system. The same building houses a reggae bar and record shop on the second floor and Rehearsal Studio Ruh on the third. Effective96 has promoted events there, and Limited Toss, Ishio Dai, ANALOG4 and Kuranaka are among the performers.
