Suree

Suree is a DJ bar on Meiji-dori in Ebisu, Tokyo, near the Shibuya border, at Arai Bldg 2F, 2-24-4 Higashi. Open since 2012, it holds about 40 people at tables and the counter, with a DJ booth, three screens, two Technics turntables, two Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2s and a DJM-900NXS2 mixer. It serves lunch as well as drinks, including sake, tequila and aged Japanese whiskies such as Hakushu 18 and Hibiki 17.

DJ nights run most weeks, covering house, techno, jazz, disco, soul and hip-hop. Re:Load is its drum and bass night, playing 170 BPM styles from deep and hard to techy, breaks, soulful and uplifting, and DJ TOSHI (Rappa Iliya) hosts “IN MY ROOM” on Tuesdays. SATOSHI, Dx, HELKTRAM, SN_Yeah and yuitty are among the DJs who have played.
