Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen

Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen is a bar and music venue on Sale Street in Freemans Bay, Auckland. The building was once occupied by clothing maker Ross & Glendining, whose machinists produced denim workwear. Sale Street opened there in 2008 under founder Luke Dallow; after a refit, the venue reopened as Sweat Shop in 2014.

The refit brought a new sound system. The full-venue layout has two stages, three bars, a large dance floor, a private room and an outdoor deck, alongside a restaurant and an on-site brewery. The deck has a retractable roof and views of the Sky Tower. The venue can hold 650 people standing or 250 seated; the Velvet Room, with its own bar, accommodates up to 55 for cocktails or 30 for seated dining. A 2019 electronic-music event featured a newly installed Martin Audio PA system.

Artists who have played at the venue include Bensley, Alcemist, Degs and Gwyn.
