Tallinas Ielas Kvartāls

Tallinas Ielas Kvartāls is located at Tallinas iela 10 in Riga, Latvia. The area first served as a residential district before developing into an industrial center. Its surviving Otto Erbe File and Tool Factory building dates to 1896 and has received cultural-historical recognition from Riga city. During the Soviet period, the site was used as an ambulance transport depot.

Free Riga started renewing the grounds as a creative quarter in 2017, and the owners and creative team have developed and managed it since 2020. The quarter brings together bars, cafés, restaurants, concert venues and event spaces, hosting cultural events, performances, concerts, DJ nights and club nights. Murals by local and international artists appear in its courtyards and on historic façades. The quarter changed owners in February 2026.

Within the site, Angārs is a 500-square-metre concert hall and event space for live music, cultural performances and DJ sets. Its facilities include professional lighting, two kinds of sound equipment, DJ gear, a cinema-grade projector and a platform lift. Angārs holds up to 600 visitors at once, 350 seated seminar guests or 120 people at tables.

Promoters that have held events at the quarter include Urban Stars Records, Deivids zvaigzne and Wonder inc. Artists who have performed there include Harry Viper, Peachyz, ARRISHA and Juman.
