The Den

The Den is a multi-room music venue at 116 SE Yamhill Street in inner southeast Portland, Oregon. Owned and operated by Wild Animals, LLC, it hosts public music events and private functions, including fundraisers, meetings, workshops, weddings, markets and art shows.

Its spaces include a ballroom, Living Room Studio, Study Studio and two VIP lounges, as well as a foyer, Living Room and Parlor. The foyer measures 480 square feet, the Living Room 680 and the Parlor 720. The Family Room ballroom spans 2,720 square feet and has a wood dance floor, stage, built-in sound and lighting, sound panels and a custom video screen. The main-stage system is L-Acoustics, and capacity is about 450.

Music events have included bass and deep house. Bookings have featured Alix Perez, Hyroglifics, Monty and Ivy Lab. The venue is in Portland’s SE Industrial Waterfront area.
