The Lord Gladstone is a heritage-listed pub at 115 Regent St in Chippendale, Sydney, in a building dating to the late 19th century. Opened by the people behind The Vic Enmore, LOFI and Toxteth Hotel, it was revamped and reopened as a live-music venue in 2015. The work restored the kitchen and brought back the sound system used for its earlier Afterlife drum-and-bass nights. The venue also hosted post-show parties.
Its spaces include the Goodspace Gallery, a courtyard beer garden, and an upstairs Clubhouse Bar with a balcony. Goodspace began holding monthly exhibitions in 2015 and reopened upstairs in 2021. The venue hosts live music, exhibitions, community events, open-mic nights and Friday Bloom, a party featuring emerging artists and DJs. Pandora's Box and fiftyfifty have promoted events there, with performers including Royalston, bacteria grl, Stackpackers, Quakes and Tilly.
Mitch Crum became the owner in 2019 and sought to have the poker machines removed; all five were taken out in January 2026. The City of Sydney awarded funding for upgrades to the live-music spaces, including PA and soundproofing equipment.
