The Love Inn

The Love Inn is a bar and independent music venue at 84 Stokes Croft in Bristol. Before taking its current name, the premises operated as Bank of Stokes Croft and Mackies; it reopened as The Love Inn on 7 February 2014. Team Love established the venue, drawing on a team whose projects include Love Saves the Day, Love International, Forwards Festival, Waterworks and Silver Hayes at Glastonbury. In 2016, Dave Harvey was a co-owner, while James Smith managed promotion and bookings.

Following its tenth anniversary in 2024, the venue renovated its interior, increasing the dancefloor and seating space to accommodate 200 people and adding an upgraded Danley Audio system. DJs and live performers appear there, with events run by promoters including Love Saves the Day, The Love Inn and Intaception. Artists who have played include Goldie, LTJ Bukem, Deselecta and Yours Truly. The bar serves cocktails, has a garden and hosts rotating pop-up kitchens. Its 12th-anniversary celebrations were held in January 2026.
