Thyme

Thyme is a cultural centre carved into rock at Via San Pietro Barisano, 47, in Matera, Italy, within Sasso Barisano. The venue occupies an ancient cave and holds about 250 people. Its programme combines contemporary music with the cave’s natural acoustics, drawing on electro, house and techno. Deepot, a resident, played the venue’s season-opening party on 9 November 2024. Diprizio, Alfio Antico and Bassolino have also performed there.
