Toldi Klub

Toldi Klub is a cinema, café and club at Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 36-38 in central Budapest, Hungary. It opened in 2012 and occupies the lobby of Toldi Cinema, in a building nearing its centenary. During the day, the venue serves as a cinema, café and community space; club events follow the final film screening. Toldi Klub marked its 13th anniversary in 2025.

Its programme spans progressive techno, house, experimental electronic music and live performances, with DJs, collectives and labels from Hungary and abroad. Japanese sound designer and acoustical engineer Kazuhiro Yamada designed and installed the club’s custom Kannon Audio system, which is made in Romania. A rotary mixer is used in the DJ booth. Artists who have played at the club include DJ BASS, Sin, barni and Longman.
