TRAUMA

TRAUMA is a music bar at Rua do Carmo 58 in central Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It began operating in 2025, and an opening party was advertised for May 10 that year. Downstairs is an intimate cocktail bar, with a dancefloor and powerful sound system upstairs.

Its programme covers electronic and experimental music, baile funk, house and electro. Artists heard there have included Chediak, ANTCONSTANTINO, Hamdi (UK) and Jacquelone. In July 2026, TRAUMA marked its first anniversary with an outdoor celebration.
