Uebel & Gefährlich

Uebel & Gefährlich is a club at Feldstrasse 66 in Hamburg, occupying part of the former Flakturm IV bunker on Heiligengeistfeld. It opened in 2006, founded by Tino Hanekamp and Wolf von Waldenfels, and is located on the building’s fourth floor. Its two main rooms are the Ballsaal and Turmzimmer, with capacity for around 1,000 people.

Programming spans techno, jazz, concerts and dance events, alongside non-music events. Liquicity and Karsten Jahnke Konzertdirektion GmbH are among the promoters that have run events there. Artists who have played the club include Bandulera, Eightball, Feed The Fire and Lexurus.

Uebel & Gefährlich received Hamburg’s Club Award for Music Club of the Year in 2011, 2015 and 2019, and APPLAUS 2022’s Best Live Music Programme award. Its roof terrace closed in 2021 during construction on the bunker roof. In 2025, a Hamburg proposal for renovation support cited plans to improve accessibility across the venue’s event spaces.
