Uplands Roast

Uplands Roast is an independent Edinburgh coffee roastery built around direct trade relationships with coffee farmers in Vietnam. Rather than buying through traditional import chains, they work closely with growers to source high quality speciality coffee while paying fair prices and building long term partnerships. Their coffee is roasted in their converted old stables roastery in Edinburgh and served across their locations.
