Attack the Block
Waterland Arcade · Washington State, United States
19:00 – 00:00
Waterland Arcade is a barcade on Marine View Dr S in the marina district of downtown Des Moines, Washington. Owned by Jason Bliss, it combines arcade games and pinball with live music and other events. Its machines include retro video games, newer arcade titles, air hockey and skeeball, alongside pinball tables.
The venue has a capacity of about 85, with a separate party space for groups of up to 60. That space has adjustable lighting and sound equipment, and the arcade hosts private parties, birthday gatherings, school groups and summer camps. Its programme includes karaoke, pinball tournaments and DJ sets, which take place regularly. The monthly DJ night Attack The Block features DJ ECM, also known as Monty Hathaway, and other performers; Theresa Jewell has also promoted events there. Artists who have played include Grym. A January 2026 event featured drum and bass.
