Lyrics -
There’s only two states I take interest in now, yeah the past mate it’s been left in sound
It’s time you forgot what’s creating new clouds
Present & future, wish I’d come to know this sooner
Wish I’d come to know this sooner
Wish I’d come to know this sooner
Cos I’m on this flight away
A different rule set to obey
Cool!
Man I’m gonna live this up I’m like, yeah
Cos I’m bored of feeling like I’m looking back I ain’t, scared
Live for the moment plan for the next ones find clear, air
Sail on a wave while the haters stand in the back and, stare
You can’t please people universally, these keyboard gangs hyperbole, man I grew thick skin for this nursery
Man I murder beats I’m locked in with the sound internally, in this junglist university
Two cubes in the glass you know we gon’ roll
We let the ball roll, stepping out of this cold
Billing zoots for new bars, gimme the pad and let’s flow
In a dance i just feel the pressure’s gone on a cleansing tip for my soul
Spin the track and you’ll hear it, let the music control
And let the music just take you, feeling like we got a breakthrough
Give a shit they can’t place truth, self-belief is what makes you
They try and bring you down and that’s life, but you can’t let it faze you
There’s only two states I take interest in now, yeah the past mate it’s been left in sound
It’s time you forgot what’s creating new clouds Present and future
