TDC INC Presents: UHRPUT - PUT OF UHR.
They do not "play" in any traditional sense. Their sound is the audible process of decay, a degenerative force in extreme music. Imagine lowering a hydrophone into a forgotten, seemingly bottomless well.... not to record the splash, but to capture the slow collapse of the stones, the groaning of the earth, the bubbling of primordial silt, and the distant, shapeless vocalizations from something that should not be. This is the sonic territory of Put of Uhr. It is anti-progressive; it does not build, it erodes. The riffs are not so much composed as exhumed, dissolving as soon as they are recognized. The production itself feels like a crumbling artifact, a deteriorating tape reel found in a flooded vault.
This is not merely "cavernous" death metal. This is archaeological audio horror. Uhrput has harnessed the principle of entropy as a compositional tool. Put of Uhr is a listening experience that feels less like a performance and more like stumbling upon a cursed object that degrades your environment, and your sanity upon contact. It is the perfect soundtrack to a cosmic, inexorable rot.
Uhrput’s Put of Uhr is the sound of the bottom falling out. A debut of degenerative death metal recorded from within a collapsing cosmos, it offers no climax, only a suffocating and endless descent. This cassette is a relic from a well that should have stayed sealed. For those who seek the profound dread of truest auditory decay.
The well is open. The descent is eternal.
