More Plastic

More Plastic are Greek-Danish brothers Mathias and Marco Vasiliadis, who grew up in Denmark and began producing together under the name in 2013 after previously working as soloists. Their father’s DJing helped spark their interest in music. They taught themselves production through online videos and experimentation, having made music together before settling on the More Plastic name. Before adopting that name, the brothers performed as Amateus & El Greko. Their work spans drum & bass, dubstep and house, with releases through NoCopyrightSounds (NCS), Disciple, Riotville and Monstercat. The duo is based in Denmark.

The 2014 single Phobia preceded wider attention in 2018, when releases on Disciple and Riotville and a collaboration with Pegboard Nerds brought notice to the duo. That partnership produced Manifest / Together on Monstercat, while their other collaboration, WotS, was played several times by BBC Radio 1 DJ Annie Nightingale. More Plastic also worked with Halvorsen on Sunrise and with imallryt on the Monstercat track Good Feeling. Marco named Shadows as a track he was especially proud of, while Mathias chose Warriors.

Later collaborations included One Taste, a single with URBANO released in 2023, and I Need U, released on DnB Allstars in 2025. In 2026, More Plastic and Dirtyphonics released Gumraah on Monstercat. The duo also released CERBERUS with TANTRON on NCS, Control with flowanastasia on High Tea Music, and Voltage with Halvorsen on Ridmic.
