Poppy Baskcomb

Poppy Baskcomb work spans dance and pop as a singer-songwriter, with credits as both a vocalist and writer. She wrote and performed on Dimension’s 2021 single Alive, and received a songwriting credit on Joel Corry and Mabel’s single “I Wish”. Her solo releases include “Teardrop”, which she chose as her first solo release because it felt close to the music she wanted to make.

Baskcomb has worked with Jess Bays on “Temptation” and “Lovefool”; she has said the latter concerns overlooking the harmful parts of a relationship while caught up in it. She has also collaborated with Dimension and performed live with Friction at Parklife. Baskcomb described that appearance as her first live show, recalling nerves followed by exhilaration. Her releases have appeared on Musical Freedom, Solotoko, Monstercat and Ultra Records.

In 2025, she released the single “Think About Us” with Sonny Fodera and D.O.D on Solotoko. Her 2026 releases include music on Ministry of Sound Recordings and Baker’s Dozen.
