The Outside Agency

The Outside Agency comprises DJ Hidden, Noël Wessels, and Eye-D, Frank Nitzinsky, and is based in Goes, the Netherlands. The duo’s early releases appeared on Mokum Records in the late 1990s, before further music came out on Black Monolith Records and Otaku Records. Their 2003 EP The Art of Penetrating Without Penetrating was written and produced by both members and originally issued on 12-inch vinyl through Black Monolith Records. The members work from studios in Goes. In 2009, they released “Surreal / Chaos Theory” on Genosha One Seven Five, followed by the album The Dogs Are Listening on Ad Noiseam in 2012.

Their sound combines dark, industrial hardcore with influences from acid, techno and breakcore. In 2003, Wessels and Nitzinsky founded Genosha Recordings as an outlet for their own music and other artists, with a focus on underground hardcore. In 2008, they established Genosha One Seven Five for hardcore and drum & bass crossover material. The duo added Genosha Basic in 2016, a label for acid and techno material. In 2024, they released The Dynamic Overpressure EP on PRSPCT Recordings.
