Particle returns to Shogun Audio with 'Coming Down', a beautifully bittersweet slice of future-facing D&B that balances euphoric energy with raw emotion. Following a string of standout releases that have cemented his place as one of the UK's most exciting drum & bass talents, Particle once again showcases his razor-sharp production ability. 'Coming Down' pairs shimmering, sunlit synths with rolling breaks and flashes of classic rave stabs, creating a track that feels like a modern classic already.
At its heart lies a soulful vocal reflecting on the uncertainty and emptiness of life without someone you love, adding a deeply human edge to the track's relentless momentum. It's another standout release from Particle, whose ability to blend emotional songwriting with forward-thinking production continues to set him apart as one of the scene's most exciting names.
