Cultureween

Halloween gets a cultural twist, with UKG, jungle and D&B in the mix alongside live music and a rap cypher.

Madelaine Jemine brings her UKG, jungle and drum & bass selections to Cultureween, a Halloween gathering built around spooky traditions from across the globe. Bring a little piece of your culture’s eerie side and come ready for more than a DJ set.

The night also features live music and a rap cypher, giving the programme room to move between sounds and styles. Cultureween’s playful send-off to Emmy Igo’s twenties adds a personal edge to the festivities, with Halloween as the backdrop and community at the centre.

Catch it on Saturday, 31 October 2026, from 6pm at Commune in Liverpool. Madelaine Jemine is the named DJ on the bill, with her blend of UK garage, jungle and D&B steering the dancefloor. Costumes are welcome, but the invitation is broader: bring something spooky that means something where you’re from.
