Makino
Promoter / crew
Our final Makino x NHAC event of 2025 brings the organic & soulful sounds of Mystic State's 'The Chikara Project' imprint to London for the first time.
The Chikara Project has become a home for artists who go against the grain, and built a reputation for curating artists who move with intention; exploring tempo, rhythm and atmosphere without constraint. The result is a catalogue of releases which is diverse yet unmistakably theirs.
Originally formed to release music from Mystic State, Third Degree and Elias, the label has since expanded to include work from Truth, Zar, aya dia, Congi, Marenn Sukie, Brainwork, Margari's Kid, Captivate, Pugilist, Synkro, Hyrah, Dayzero & more.
