Dispatch Blueprints launched in 2017 as a sub-label of Dispatch, releasing deep and techstep drum and bass with an old-school-inspired sound. Kid Drama helped Ant TC1 develop the idea for the imprint, whose focus draws on roots, heritage and sounds associated with the late 1990s.
Its first releases came from Kid Drama, including a collaboration with Skeptical, issued on 1 and 8 December 2017. Later editions included releases featuring SD in 2021, NC-17 and Kumarachi in 2021, DJ Blade in 2023, and Jesta and Park Shadow in 2024. Other artists with music on the label include RMS, Philth, Survival and Sweetpea. DLR’s single You Leave / Intermix arrived in 2020, followed by Dispatch Blueprints 023 by Battery and Philth in 2026. Dispatch Recordings, the UK-based parent label, was founded in 2001 and is owned and managed by Ant TC1.
