Dubplate Dread is a drum and bass and jungle label set up in the early 2000s by Ray Keith as an imprint of Dread Recordings, which he founded in 1994. Keith created it to release music from more artists at a faster pace, with a new record planned every six weeks, while Dread Recordings concentrates on original releases, reissues and remixes. The imprint has signed drum and bass artists and put out music by up-and-coming names.
Conrad Subs released his Pretty Dangerous EP on Dubplate Dread in 2020, and Dunk’s Killer Beez EP followed in 2025. Leaf’s LeafSparletta EP is another of its releases, and Warhead and Alcemist have also appeared on the label.
