Incurzion Audio is an independent drum and bass label from Penarth, South Wales, founded in 2018 by Zak King and TJ. Its origins lie in Cardiff’s drum-and-bass scene: the idea arose in late 2017, and it first operated as a collective promoting local DJs. The group shared weekly mixes and free downloads before turning to original music and local event takeovers. King’s involvement in Cardiff’s drum-and-bass scene led him to see room for another local label. It still sees itself as a collective as much as a label.
Its artists include Manta, MD and D_flect, while Hexa and Marble Elephant have also released music on the label. Hexa’s single “Had To” came out on the label in 2019, followed in February 2020 by Concept One and JAK’s Delta EP. That year, Incurzion issued its first various-artists album, We Are Incurzion Vol.1. MidKnight MooN’s Control EP arrived on February 5, 2021. In 2023 the label put out its first album devoted entirely to liquid drum and bass, Sometimes Summer Sonics. Marble Elephant’s album Memories followed in 2026.
Incurzion Audio aims at left-field bass music, and its releases range across liquid, halftime and deeper minimal drum and bass. King pointed to Mofes’ Geiger EP and KL’s Mortal as examples of the label’s sound. The label was nominated for Best Newcomer Label at the Drum&BassArena Awards two years running. Its 2025 releases included Weapons Grade’s two-track Weapons Grade For Incurzion, issued in April.
