Lossless Music is a drum and bass label based in Bromley, Greater London, established in 2013 and owned by Soul Intent. He began the label as an outlet for his own productions; from 2016, its roster widened to include other artists. Soul Intent’s productions make up much of the label’s output, alongside releases by artists such as LaMeduza and Chromatic. The label is independent, focuses primarily on drum and bass, and explores sounds around 170 BPM. Its music is issued on vinyl and in digital formats.
Soul Intent’s What Did You See / Evolve appeared in 2013, followed by Delusions of Grandeur in 2017 and The Tide EP in 2018. Later releases include Remixes of Grandeur in 2023 and Fight The Future EP in 2024. Lossless Music runs two sub-labels: Exkursions, for leftfield drum and bass, and Dope Plates, for old-school jungle and rave-influenced music. Soul Intent’s single Niceness came out on Lossless Music in 2025. Its records also include work by Expose, Slider and Faible.
