Andre Benz established Lowly in 2016 under the name Lowly Palace, before it was rebranded as Lowly. The label began with electronic music and later added other genres. It was created to develop emerging artists featured on The Nations’ channels, using equal profit splits and short-term licensing agreements.
Lowly released Holly and Módl’s 2016 single Coming Home, followed by Emoter’s drum and bass track Enigma in December 2024. In 2024, it also issued a remix single credited to Mazare and Said The Sky. Create Music Group acquired a majority stake in Lowly in April 2022. The label has released music by artists including Holly, Emoter, Mazare and Said The Sky.
