Mustard Music is a drum and bass label founded in Brighton by Alex Finney (Finstar), Kieran and Luke. Its sound centres on funk-driven drum and bass drawing on neurofunk, techstep and minimal, and its founders set it up as a non-profit operation that reinvests its proceeds in the label. Brain's Near Future EP was its first release, MM001, and early releases also featured Serpnt, Genic, Trakker and L0G1N.
Later releases include Kidsonic's Bristol EP and the Inglorious Mustards LP. Kalm, Kolectiv and Philth released the single The Blueprint on the label in 2025, and Dunk's Africa EP followed in 2026. On 2 October 2026 Mustard Music released Omen's "Schism" and "Rush".
