Off-License Records is an independent label launched in Manchester in June 2020, centred on drum and bass. It began as a university project between Harrison and Kieran, who later joined Andy as the trio Lokal. Alongside drum and bass, the label releases underground bass music, including 140 and halftime, with a focus on producer-led work and club tracks. Its programme includes regular events.
