Benjamin founded Ronin Ordinance and curated its releases after building connections with drum-and-bass artists and promoters in Leeds. The label’s music spans 170 BPM drum and bass, jungle and related styles. Cygnus Music UK handled distribution, including for Mark Kloud’s RNO013, released on April 6, 2018. That release also credits Yushan. The label issued its first pressed vinyl through Antagonist’s RNO025 in 2020, a 12-inch and digital release by the Manchester artist, with a pressing limited to 200 copies.
RNO025 carries tags for 170 BPM drum and bass, dark drum and bass, and jungle. The label released Sl8r’s single RNO020 in 2019, followed by RNO027, credited to Ink, Loxy and Resound, in 2021. Gremlinz, Jesta and Constrict have also released music on the label.
