One of the respected lyricists and MCs in the world, David Boomah began his career back in 1995. The first work he participated in was Who Run Tings by mighty Shy FX.
Working in his own studio and touring with industry titans such as Rebel MC, Shy FX, Potential Badboy and Benny Page, as well as collaborating with Tenor Fly, Topcat, Navigator and UK Apachi, David earned the respect of Reggae and Drum and Bass fans.
And now, after a brief lull, Boomah is preparing to fire off his full-length album on legendary V Recordings. The “flatbread,” titled “One World Many Cultures,” will encompass many genres of electronic music, including Reggae/Dancehall, Dubstep, Breaks and, of course, Drum & Bass and Jungle.
The following “lyricists” helped create the album: Tenor Fly, Solo Banton, Harry Shotta, Serocee, YT, Serum, Rob & Robbie, Benny Page, Aries & Gold.
The long-player has also secured radio support from Radio 1‘s Rob Da Bank, Radio 1Xtra’s Crissy Criss, Rinse FM’s Uncle Duggs, Choice FM’s Woody, XFM’s John Kennedy and Kool FM.
“One World Many Cultures” has already been dubbed the most important and significant album in Soulful Bass music.Tracklist:
