The British label Proximity Recordings will soon mark the release of its 50th record.
Founded in 2010 by London resident Darren Anderson aka Basher, the imprint has released numerous records, almost all of which meet one single requirement: dense and urban deep drum and bass. Among the many artists, one can find names such as Raiden, Bredren, MTWN, Fade, Detail, Xtrah and many other no less renowned producers.
The label’s milestone 50th release will come from rising drum and bass artist Kirsty Clarke aka Kyrist, who has already showcased her tracks on compilations from Broken Audio and Nurtured Beats, Dust Audio, and will now release her solo EP.
This pair of tracks will go on sale on 23 September.Source:
