Nu:Motive and Dazed host the Bristol stop of the duo’s farewell tour, with Fluro and Subscript b2b Ryda also on the main deck.
Ivy Lab are bringing the project to a close. In January, Gove Kidao and Jay Fogel, who came up in drum & bass as Sabre and Stray, said 2026 would be Ivy Lab’s last year: final releases, a last run of shows, then solo work. Their label, Twenty Twenty London, carries on.
The Bristol date is billed as their final ever set in the city. Ivy Lab: A Farewell Tour takes over Thekla on Friday 27 November from 22:00 to 03:00, presented by Nu:Motive and Dazed. Ivy Lab, Fluro and Subscript b2b Ryda play the main deck, with Sentience b2b Paarsec and Flo b2b Ria on the top deck. It is strictly 18+, and the promoters say tickets are limited.
Ivy Lab began in 2013 as a trio with Halogenix, who later left to concentrate on his solo career. This year’s music has come out on their own label, including May’s six-track Point Five E.P. Before Bristol the tour stops in Budapest on 14 November (Kassa Boat), and the night after Thekla they play Volks in Brighton.
