Aston Harvey was a founding member of Blapps Posse, one half of Sol Brothers and, later, a member of Freestylers alongside Matt Cantor. The UK producer also worked with DJ Rap on the Suburban Base Records releases “Vertigo/Jeopardy” and More Time (Boomshaka).
Suburban Base Records also released Aston’s EP The Raggamuffin Soldiers, made with DJ Quicklung. The DJ Rap collaboration connects Aston to two releases on the label, while the work with DJ Quicklung brought another collaborator into Aston’s recorded output.
