DnB Allstars was founded in London in 2017 by Joshua Williams, beginning as a social media page sharing drum-and-bass music before growing into an events brand and record label. Its independent label, DnB Allstars Records, launched in 2019, with Turno’s “Lunar” arriving that January as its first release. The label has credited hundreds of artists, including A Little Sound, Alcemist, Annix and Bou. Its operations also include the Allstars Raw release series and a 360° DJ set series. A 2021 single, Real Problem, paired DnB Allstars with Bunnerz on Allstars RAW.
In 2021, DnB Allstars ran socially distanced drum-and-bass events at The Cause in London, booking Born On Road, Bou and Kanine. Around the same time, event manager Will Docherty discussed the practicalities of staging socially distanced shows in the capital. The label’s Allstars MIC series pairs MCs with producers on singles; its 29 releases ran from November 2021 to February 2024. Pairings included A Little Sound with Vibe Chemistry, Dread MC with goddard., and Coco with Alcemist. In 2023, Krucial and Ragga Twins appeared with DnB Allstars on the single Allstars Mic (feat. DnB Allstars), released on DnB Allstars Records.
DnB Allstars Records received Best Label honours at the Drum&BassArena Awards in 2023 and at The Drum & Bass Awards in 2024. In February 2025, the label released Size Up, an album credited to DnB Allstars. Other collaborative tracks on the label include Etherwood and Hugh Hardie’s “Tangara” and Voltage, Strategy, and Specialist Moss’s “Tell Dem.”
