London raves drew Dreps towards drum and bass before he began MCing, joining UNCZ Crew as its fifth member at the age of 20. The London-based artist’s sound brings grime and jump-up together. Early mixtapes PNC Vol 1 and PNC Vol 2 featured Skibadee and Funsta, then Eksman and Harry Shotta. After working with Harry Shotta, Dreps also explored UK urban music alongside drum and bass.
Collaborations with P Money and Turno include the single “R U Mad”, with Little Dee, which appeared on the 2020 EP Tekkers, and the single “Time for Me”, with Turno and Catching Cairo. In 2023, Dreps released the single “Take A Step”. The 2024 single “OH SHIT” is another collaboration with Turno. Earlier, Dreps and Turno released “The Iceman VIP / Team Drums” as a single on Dubz Audio in 2016. The 2021 single “Donz” features Eksman and P Money and was released on teamdrumz.
