Enduser is the stage name of American electronic music producer Lynn Standafer, who began making electronic music with friends in Cincinnati in the mid-to-late 1990s. His music draws on breakcore and drum and bass, with industrial, hip-hop and dancehall influences; industrial, hip-hop and jungle are also associated with the project. His influences include KRS-One, Skinny Puppy and Photek.
Standafer started Sonicterror in 2002 as an outlet for his own music and other experimental drum and bass releases, and manages the label, also known as Sonicterror Recordings. His productions include experimental drum and bass alongside the breakcore and drum and bass associated with Enduser. Standafer has been described as a major contributor to the breakcore community over the last decade. He also uses the alias I Am The Sun. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Standafer describes his music-making as composition-focused; in a 2011 interview, he said he used Renoise for composition and production.
